Returns & Exchanges

At Dip, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Schedule

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location or schedule a home pickup through our carrier's website.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
